In this talk we will show how to use domino tilings of the plane to prove a generalization of this lemma for actions of $Z^d$. The talk will assume no previous experience or knowledge in ergodic theory. \vspace{1cm} Refreshments will be served at 1:30pm; colloquium begins at 2:00pm. \end{document}
